Spirit Shirt Orders DUE- Spirit Shirt orders for the 2024-2025 school year are due on Wednesday, September 4th. This will be the last order for the school year. We will not be placing additional orders this year.

-Fall Pictures- Out of Uniform- Picture Day- On Thursday, September 5th, we will have Fall Pictures. Students can dress out of uniform, following VPSB out of
uniform dress guidelines.
Friday, September 6th
-Progress Reports Posted on Student Progress Center-Progress Reports- This year, Progress Reports will not be printed and sent home. Progress Reports will be posted in the
Student Command Center on Friday, September 6th.

Week of September 9th-13th, 2024
Monday, September 9th
-Open House- 5:30pm - 6:30pm (1st- 5th grade only, students do not attend)
Monday, September 9th, 5:30- 6:30pm. All parents/ guardians of students in 1st- 5th grade are encouraged to attend. Teachers will be reviewing classroom policies, grading guidelines, and behavior expectations. Students do not attend Open House.

-Bobcat Bonus Day- Bobcat Blue Forever-Bobcat Bonus- This month our Bobcat Bonus is “Bobcat Blue Forever”. Students can wear Erath/ Bobcat shirts with uniform
bottoms on Thursdays, if they qualify to participate. Shirts do not have to be Dozier shirts for Bobcat Bonus day.
Friday, September 13th
-$1.00 Jeans/ Athletic Pants Spirit Day
-Dot Day- Friday, September 13th, we will celebrate Dot Day! Students can wear polka dot accessories with school uniforms!

-Bobcat Bonus Day- Bobcat Blue Forever-- This month our Bobcat Bonus is “Bobcat Blue Forever”. Students can wear Erath/ Bobcat shirts with uniform bottoms on Thursdays, if they qualify to participate. Shirts do not have to be Dozier shirts for Bobcat Bonus day.
-Blood Drive- 2pm- 7pm- Blood Drive will be held from 2pm - 7pm. Students who have a grown-up donate will earn a pizza party!
Friday, September 20th
-$1.00 Jeans/ Athletic Pants Spirit Day
-PBIS Glow Party-PBIS Incentive- Our first PBIS incentive for the year will be our Glow Party on Friday, September 20th. Students with no office referrals and no more than 1 infraction will be invited to attend.

Wednesday, September 25th
-Early Dismissal- On Wednesday, September 25th, we will have the first of four early Dismissal Days. These days will be used to facilitate our parish wide professional development requirements for our faculty and staff. Students will dismiss at 11:45am.Please ensure you have made arrangements for your child on that day. -PBIS Snack Cart- On Wednesday, September 25th, we will have the first Snack Cart of the year. Students will be able to purchase items from the cart fort 5 Bobcat Bucks Donations to the Snack Cart can be dropped off in the office.
